My bumper end caps.

Hand made templates out of a piece of manila folder and cut it out to fit. Transferred to sheet metal and cut out with cut off wheel. Took to brake and made bends. Hand fit each piece to the bumper. Sounds like allot of work, but it actually wasn't. Rattle can some semi gloss rustoleum and used stainless hardware to attach to existing holes in bumper. I may go and re-use the factory hardware later, but I didn't have it with me when I made the install, so I had to use what I had.

Nice job. Very neat set up, and it makes your bumper look solid.

Thanks, the stock bumper is so chintzy looking. I too like the boxed in look. Till I can afford to buy a new one front and rear with a tire carrier.
