Start with the front bumper. Made out of 2X6 1/4 wall rectangle tubing.

Started with about 5' of tube. Add a bunch of big clamps.

Then need to add receiver and shackle mounts.
Figuring out spacing and layout.


Cut out some holes.

Where one of the brackets needs to end up. Plus you can see where the vaccum ball ended being relocated.
