Making bracketry to bolt a front CJ seat in the rear...

Im running ideas to bolt a Lowback CJ seat in the rear of my jeep. It will be on the passenger side. This will enable me to carry an extra person, but keep some spare storage room. Can anybody think of a good/secure/safe way to bolt the seat to the tub as low as possible?

Use tube and plate or flat bar to build a frame and mounting flanges. Also, cut flanges to go on the bottom of the tub for extra "rip out" resistance. Put some brackets on the seat frame for the seat belt.
