M416 Trailer

Sooo... I just picked this up yesterday for 200...I have seen some pretty cool mods people have done...Im thinking about putting a CJ tailgate..and building a hinged cover with racks...I was searching around on the forum...I have seen people talking about the tailgate build..But i haven't seen pics...Anyone got any info?

I just sold mine in Michigan for $250, all original with the Military lights, wheels and tires. The guy wants to restore it for an old Army Jeep his Father owns.

Yeah, I thought this was a good buy...The cheapest I have seen them is like 600..And thats in worse shape then this one...Im sure I will have a lot more $ in this by the time Im done with it

I didnt do a tailgate on my M-100. Great price on that trailer.

Check out lone star jeep club. There is a member that did an awesome job on the whole thing. Looks awesome. Just search the forum and you'll find it listed under the 1/4 trailer or m416 can't remember.

The brand is car-top-tent.com. It is an older model. Its one step above a good ground tent, but not in the same class as the ARB, or other rooftop tents. But it is half the price.

Picked mine up off Craigslist for a great price.

We have slept in some high wind conditions with no issues.,
