lockrite locker

please i would like to have a full set of drawings with sizes or the lockrite locker for dana 30 want to machine my own so i any one can help thanks let me know :frannaw7@gmail.com

those might be tough to come by. for what its worth, I would say just buy it. you can get into a Spartan, lockrite, or lokka for $3-400. I understand if you just have it set in your mind that you want to build one because you can, I'm the same way. my only question would be, how would you cut the internal splines???

i would use a edm wire cutter or spark it through with a copper elecktrode on a sparker

Search for a used one on eBay or craigslist. Although I think machining one will cost way more than just buying one brand new. The time and labor involved in drawing it up in CAD, programming the EDM, finishing it...on top of surfing the other parts...
