homemade TJ front bumper designs

I want to see designs for homemade TJ front bumpers. I see a lot for rear but none for front.

Even pics would be great. i want to see what the back looks like also. (how it connects to frame.)

home made front bumper

http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/showt...=didgital+camo

11 gauge steel broke twice to form a u shape, 1/4" 4 way deck plate for ends.
2" reciever for front or rear winch mount, tabs for lift shackels/towbar.

if you look at the last page you will see the towbar mounted.

The ideology of RADICAL Islam is very much like Nazism, except they don’t have the cool black uniforms.

Screw it I'm too old for this crap!

Not going to actually be my bumper, but I cut out the crossmember and built this to keep the framerails straight. Will be adding an actual bumper in front of it when time and money allow. Many other things to finish on my Jeep first.

Notice the steering box moved up/forward/rotated down to allow room for a front wheelbase stretch...

Here's a shot of mine.

I am thinking about redoing the stinger and making it a bit taller. Works good though. Still have pine sap ground into it from the last run.

I have a Jeeperman bumper, but modified the upper part to include a stinger and grille hoop. Close enough?

Keep moving forward. But keep an eye on history, for if you don't, you are doomed to repeat it.
