homegrown welderless(for now) bumper advice

here is my idea, i have no welder limited money and a cheap flimsy already kinda beat up front bumper on my cherokee. my idea is this: get a chunk of 5-7''X2-4''X>5' chunk of rect tub steel prob 3/16 or 1/4in then get some other same thickness steel to make up some brackets. i am wondering if i can get long bolts run them through the tubeto tie them into the brackets that i have precut and made to then bolt directly where my old brackets bolted to the unibody and probably a couple more spots like the steering box and such. i would use all grade 8 hardware and use 2-4 bolts per side of the bumper to attach the tube to the actual brackets then however many bolts to then attach the brackets to the "frame". prob some extras would be some kind of recover points(ideas here) to work into the bumper using the bolts from the bumper to the brackets so they dont look as weird and random, they will look like they are just holding the shackles or watever on. then maybe some day weld end caps on so its all closed up. then...... if it is really needed and i have the money, once i get everything lined up and bolted in then unbolt the whole setup back off the jeep and take it to a welder to get him to spot weld all brackets and bolts in place just to be extra strong. the only real difference i am seeing here between my idea and any other bumper is that instead of the brackets being already welded on they are bolted on instead. again i am sorry about the disclaimer i would love to weld up a great stinger bumper and stuff but i am low on cash and have no welder nor no welding friends. thanks guys!

i found that metalcloak has something i think like wat i am talking about only 1,000,000,000 times better, i dunno if theirs completley just bolts together or if the base of it is welded with brackets to tie into the frame and then everything else just bolts on or wat.

I would say check with local guys or jeep clubs. Guaranteed you'll find someone
With a welder and experience willing to help you fab something up. I hear a case of beer goes a loooooong way in the jeep community.

Ask about my Custom Paracord Jeep Stuff!!
Door straps, rollbar grab handles, bracelets.
