Fuel cell install question

Well I got my fuel cell and I'm using my stock fuel pump and my only question is what would be the best way to cut a near perfect circle in the top of my cell. I've got the circle drawn out, I used the bottom mounting plate for a template. What kind of saw would be best? Or what would be the best procedure to cut it out? Thanks!
