for the high lift. chain or make some short straps to limit droop while jacking.

i do this for my truck, as a standard floor jack does not lift high enough to pull my 39's off the ground when jacking from the axle tube.

Won $1,500 doing it.
They tried to welsh out of it after I used liquid nitrogen and soaked it in it for 40min and then dropped a 10# sledge onto it from the top of the Sand Master (used for frac'ing a natural gas well) broke into several large chunks and a bunch of smaller ones.
Don't tell me it can't be done, given enough time and resources, I can make anything happen...
