freeware CAD program?

Does anybody know of a freeware CAD program that a noob could use?

Here is one. I have not used it so I can not speak first hand about the performance.

Thanks, I'll try it out. I was using Google Sketchup, and either I suck, or it sucks. I can draft fine on paper, but programs don't do what I want them to do!

I use google sketchup (or "Sketchup Make") for messing around. I find it is quite capable if you learn how to use it.
