Door Panels

Hey im looking to change my door panels, mine are pretty beat up and i dont want to go buy the regualr ereplacement panels. Has anyone made custom panels that could give me ideas? please post pics with your panels

if you have half doors there is some on poison spyder. but im looking for the same thing if i find anything ill let you know. those plastic door pannels break so easily

If I were you I would look at custom fabing something out of either aluminum or lexan (the later especially if they are half doors)

Here is what I did on my full doors. 16 gauge steel cut out on my plasma table. I've since painted them. This was the dry fit. Used the door panel uppers (hideous orange) and painted them with black vinyl paint. So far, its held up (surprisingly).

Look at some UHMWPE (cutting board material). Light and easily workable color is molded through it and dimensionaly stable.
