Does anyone recognize this particular saw?

Is it a dry cut nonabrasive chop saw? A guy has it listed for sale on Craigslist but can't tell me much about it. Thanks.

It looks like it might be for cutting interlocking paving stones (mostly based on the surroundings and the dust on the tool bed). I would have said a cold cut saw but the jaws on the vice don't look like they open more than 5".

its just a regualr ol' chop saw. only cuts straight down. you see this on the the jobsites used for metal stud cutting, plumbing pipe cutting, block and stone cutting and about anything else you only need to cut straight down on. you can get these saws for kinda cheap brand new as they dont do anything special.
