I am still looking into attaching a rabid, poop throwing monkey to a leash into my backseat to protect all my stuff. I just can't seem to train him to not attack me. And the poop gets messy.
You need a trunk monkey!

One day I'll do something like that... It'll have to blend a little better tho, and be designed in a way that rain can not get to my equipments.

Your design is nice! Things I don't like are your power connection in the fuse box (before you installed the "add-a-line thingy) and the hose clamps.

Can you still fuse the circuit that you put that "mini add-a-line" in? I'd still like to fuse whatever circuit is there... (did I explain that right?)

Yes, if you look closely there are two fuse slots. One to fuse the existing circuit, the other for the new line.

I would keep looking rather than buy one of those from NAPA at 18 bucks. I found them at the local Vato Zone for like 6 bucks. They had them in standard and mini ATA versions too.

After the idea from this thread, here's mine.

bought a shelf track (72") and 2 2.5" U bolts from lowes. External speaker is right next to the cb. I ran the wires down the shelf track then inside the molding of the A pillar. Ran the coax through the roll bar padding then out to my tail light mount. No visual obstruction either.

I had to cut down the U bolts a bit, as well the shelf track, and also had to drill a few holes in the track, but other than that it was a cinch.
