Dallas area bumper build?

Not sure this is the correct forum, but it seemed the best choice.

Does anyone know of a reasonable place I could get a front bumper built
in the Dallas TX area?

I would like it to look pretty much stock OEM but built of either 1/4" or 3/8" metal. If it were to sit forward a small amount due to use of a deeper channel that would be no problem.
I know there are many that can be purchased Online, however I don't really the D-rings that seem to come on so many front bumpers. And the shipping gets real stupid high in many cases.

Thanks for your time,
