Custom Built Rear Rack Plans?

I was wondering if anyone has had any luck in building their own custom rack for the rear of their jeep? You know one that can hold and a spare tire with a couple of jerry cans and maybe a jack. If any one has any plans or picutres that would be great! Thanks
