Clutch, hanging pedals, tilt column

I am attempting to put Saginaw steering in my CJ3B, I am using a frame from a 1973 CJ5 and the power steering box. I need advice (pictures, dimensions, drawings, anything that would be helpful), I am putting in a tilt steering column and hanging/swinging pedals from the CJ5. I also would love to get advice on the clutch, since I am going with the newer pedals, do I need a longer fork for the throw-out bearing and any help for clutch linkage would be greatly appreciated. I am using a 225 cu. in. Buick V-6, with a Borg-Warner T-10 4 speed, Dana 18 transfer case.
