Building your workshop

Hi there. I'm building my own workshop out of scrap metal off of some of my dads jobs that were not being used any more. Here I will post up pictures of how we are constructing the walls and how I'm going to be welding up the joists.

Thanks for the share. It’s always inspiring to follow on a build thread.
How something from a scratch can transform into a grand area.
Keep us posted.

Alright yesterday we started on on the front wall building the headers for the garage doors. Which I will take some closer pics of later. We got the man door frame in and we gotta build the header around that today. And prolly next weekend we will start on the side walls then comes building the joists. When it comes time I will put as much information up about them that I can think of since I'm building them from scratch.

And this is the polycarbonate? I'm not sure what kind of insulation it is but we are putting two layers of this between the decking and the metal roof so it will be really quiet.
