building custom bumpers

Over the last few day i have been building a new front bumper on my zj. But i don't know what i should do with the box that all the vacuum lines go in to. Hear are some pic's of what i have dun so far and my plans for the rest.

Can you show how you have attached it to the frame???

If it were me, I would want something going down lower in the front to protect the rad and then you can incorperate that into the angled sides to cover that box.

I hope you are using grade 8 bolts.....

They don't look like they are. They look more like grade 3 or 5 and not nearly strong enough.

i agree.. grade 8 bolts are usually gold in color


and that box is just the charcoal canister.. either take it off and connect the hoses or unhook it.. turn it on its side so its tucked up more and strap it back in
