This:
http://www.harborfreight.com/tubing-roller-99736.html

PLUS this:
http://www.swagoffroad.com/Harbor-Fr...ings_p_50.html

Will yield pretty surprising results. Get the correct size dies for the material you're using and bend away.

a tubing roller is not a bender, and will not yield the same results.

What radius does a tubing roller go to?

Also, i have a JD2 model three with a copperhead air over hydraulic ram kit.

You're right they aren't. The same items can be made with either though.

A pipe bender isn't a tubing bender either. Given that, I didn't feel the OP was too particular. One can do quite a bit with a roll bender if they have some know-how. A tight radius 90 takes a lot more work and some extra waste but I digress.

I'll stick to sitting in the corner.

You've got a 4bt cummin's and D44's in your YJ according to your profile. Your not afraid to spend a few dollars to get something that works right and lasts. Take that philosophy and buy a bender....you will be happier in the long run buying something of quality over price.

With that said. I've had a kinker from harbor freight, used a JD bender and currently own a rogue fab bender.

The harbor freight kinker worked for bends less than 15-20 degrees with no modification. Even 20 degrees is pushing it before thin tube (.120 or less) flattens out. In the end...you've spent 100 bucks and tube for something less than desirable. Do you "save"....in the short run, sure. But your limited, as well as either unhappy or limited for future bigger projects.

The JD bender was nice....but I'm not a fan of "rowing"....I prefer to get my workout's in the gym

The rogue fab bender I currently have is a great alternative that meets all my needs. Comes as a "complete" package ready to bend, uses air over hydro so no more "rowing" and the dies will bend well past 90 degrees. All that and less cost than comparable benders without air/hydro setups and only 90 degree dies.

These are not only "preferences"...but real world experience. Choose wisely young jedi

We also ship faster than ANYONE in the business. your order will be shipped in less than 2 business days. Give us an e-mail following up your order and let us know you want it ASAP and we can usually ship next day.

Tomb Raider is correct about the dies, every die set we sell bends 180+ degrees.

Just wanted to add some info if you think our product is worth considering while you are shopping around for your next big tool purchase.

Then his SN should have a vendor tag and look like a real vendor...

It used to have the SN in bold and site vendor under it to differentiate. If I paid for a vendor membership, I'd be pissed I had nothing to differentiate me from a non-supporting member.

Kinda like how my Lifetime member is different than a yearly membership and a plain jain member.

Sorry to piss in your Cheerios Joe/RogueFab. Carry on, I'll be in the corner...
