Assuming you have the right diff drop and your not wanting to shorten it.
cut all brackets from dana 60
weld new coil brackets on at the correct spacing as the old axle
weld in new shock tabs that will match your shocks
get driveshaft cut down. the diff is larger lengthwise as well.
get your drag link fit onto the axle and your steering box.
A very rough list, but you'll need a cut off wheel tool/grinder, and a welder. maybe a taper bit for the drag link, i'd had a shop do the drag link and the drive shaft.
you also need to look at camber, if the axle has good brakes, calipers, internals.
