Another Hitch Mounted Cargo Rack

My ice fishing sled/gear won't fit in the back of my YJ so I fabbed a hitch mounted cargo rack. Have some finishing touches left and need to paint, but I think it's going to do the job.

how far beyond the jeep does it go?
You might have to put on some marker lights to stay legal.

24" deep rack. Start about 3" from my spare (left a little room for wider tires in future). Going to apply some reflectors on the back.

Haven't weighed it, but I'm guessing about 75 lbs. I designed it around an ice fishing sled that will be strapped down to it--everything will be contained in the sled. My thought was to U-bolt a storage container to it in the summer for any long trips. I don't want a bunch of small, loose items hanging off my hitch anyhow.
