Jeez, where were you guys before lol Ill have to run this by him. I dont know if they have the equipment or not to do heat treating. And Im not sure if they use aluminum L angle, he was going to make this stuff for me with material he had there already

Also, would welding 2 pieces together at a 90* be a bad idea for the sliders?

It's doable, but that is a ton of welding. May be tough to keep them straight with a 5' weld in there
