3x5 front and rear bumpers

I can get my hands on some 3x5 square tubing for free. Was wondering if ya'll think chat would be too big for a front stubby bumper and a rear bumper ?

3" looks pretty dang thick sitting on the ground. My jeep hasn't shown up yet from Denver but I'm trying to get things together for when it does. Plans are to mount 2 D rings on each bumper fab a song out for the rear with a spot for 2 jerry cans and a detachable rack. Might add a receiver hitch too.

I've built a couple rear bumpers out of 3x5 3/16". I think they look way better then 2x4. I cut an angle in the bottem for better departure angle and cut the ends off on angles also.

Got a pic? I'm going to fab up the front tonight. Might try just capping the ends on the front then I will due to an angle on the rear. Thanks for the reply.
