Oversized intake/exhaust valves?

4 out of my 6 exhaust valves are bent? So I see that there are many listings on ebay, etc advertising oversized (0.015") valves.

What would be required to use these and is the oversize worth it?

I have the 4.0 head on the 4.2 block with fuel injection and a comp cam 68-200-4 cam.

Have to get the seats cut out, possibly new guides. Head probably would need the guides and seats cut anyways if you bent valves.
