Need transfer case, dosen't seem to exist though

I need a transfer case that will fit on a t18, but the drive shaft needs to come out the driver side. any ideas as to what im looking for?

Use a Dana 300 and flip it upside down, not joking,they make kits for this.

It will not. What did the t18 originally come out of? Its is 2wd or 4wd? Does it currently have a transfer case bolted to it?

I do not know what the t18 came out of. i believe 4 wheel drive.
