Fuel injector ?

I am troubleshooting my 03 5.3 swap into a 98 TJ. It will crank but not fire. It turned over a few times when I sprayed some fuel into the intake. I am getting spark to the plugs and voltage and fuel to the injectors @ 53PSI. I have removed the injectors to clean them. Right now they are soaking in SeaFoam. I am rigging up a pressurized cleaning setup. When I provide 9 volts to the injector and then momentarily ground it out I only hear a faint click. I have to put my ear right next to the injector to hear it. Is this normal or are the injectors that gummed up?

The engine sat for about 6 months before I bought it.

Check fuel pressure, Fuses, check to see if voltage at fuel pump, and check injector pulse?
