well man, in that case, if it was me, Id just source a new cluster for it.. I have seen them go for and have gotten one for as cheap as $35. cant even really buy 'one' autometer guage for that..lol. I would take the time and reconnect any wiring back to the stock ecu so that 'communication' would be restored. I just researched going to all autometer due to my hemi swap and it is a process. I understand why he kept them to help make the deal, it happens.. all new the set of 6 would be in the area of $500-600 and that's basic series stuff.
