Jk Accessories - front bumper for 9k winch

I would like to fab a new front bumper I can mount a 9000 lb winch on. What thickness of mild steel would you fine people recommend?

I have a JK Rubicon 4-door, so I'm looking at something that will extract about 4600 lb from a sticky situation. Shape and size of the piece is no problem - I have access to an industrial CNC plasma cutter, and plenty of welding gear. I just need to know what to throw down on the table.

Thanks, all!

3/16" for the body of the bumper with a 1/4" or 3/8" plate mounted to the frame for the winch would likely suffice. Add bracing for any shackle mounts and use good bolts to mount everything.

May want to have the thread moved to the welding and fabrication section though.
