700R4 valve body

Bought a 700r4 cheap and rebuilt the thing..but ended up with parts that aren't like any diagram I can find. One of the valves seems to have been replaced with a solid alum slug. I had no trouble with the rest of the rebuild as I've done a few 4L60's. This valve body situation puzzles me. Just curious if it's part of a shift kit or some other nonsense.

So I was amazingly vague in the beginning. The third valve on the opposite side of the manual valve. I'll try to take a pic of it. Just trying to figure how it goes back together. Its an early 700r also.
Thanks.
