Question 1999 4.7l to a 2002 4.0l engine Grand Cherokee limited.

I have a 1999 Grand Cherokee Limited with a bad trans and a rapping engine(4.7L and Quadra-track). I also have a 2002 Grand Cherokee Limited with a 4.0l and trans that are good but had a slight complete rollover issue( didnt fair as well as expected). Is it possible to make an engine and trans swap?
