'00 block differences

Can anyone tell me what the difference is between 2000-06 XJ & TJ engine blocks besides the oil filter mounting position? I'm looking to replace a blown motor in my 2000 XJ with a 2006 TJ motor (reman long block). Am I gonna run into any accessory or other mounting issues. They have different block #s and I was wondering if there are any significant differences that I'm missing, they seem exactly the same to me just from visual inspection?
