I guess I'll update mine in here

Axial SCX1O :

I have not touched it in almost 1 1/2 years (broken driveshaft stripped spur gear ) Until last night I washed the dust off of it and want crazy ordering parts !
Junfac Carbon Steel driveshafts, 1.9 Aluminum Beadlocks, Rock Crusher 1.9 tires , Steel Spur gear, Holmes Hobbies Crawlmaster 1340 BL crawler motor .......... When everything comes in over the next few weeks I will update the pics

Still not finished (still needs LEDs and some minor details), but here's some updated pics of my converted LJ. In person, the color is nearly spot on to Jeep's "Electric Lime Green" color.

I cant even look at these. It makes me want to build up a new one. I used to have a few back in day lol. I got my first t maxx for cutting someones lawn for a year lol. All suped up but needed a trams and some other work. Had a 2 wheel duratrax too. I still have both of these today but i havent touched either in at least 4 years lol. New years resolution: get back into r/c by end of year

I just stumbled onto this forum, I usually go to the WJ section to search for info to keep my GC going strong. I use the RC's to channel my desire for off road adventures in an affordable way. When I have a major breakdown, I can simply pick up the Jerp, walk out of the woods, toss it in the trunk of the car and drive it home where it gets plopped onto the work bench until I feel like fixing it!

Most of this Jerps build thread has been documented on RCCrawler and scale4x4RC.org. It's a 1/6th scale Hasbro push toy that has been converted to RC. It's really fun to have a large scale RC vehicle, it behaves very realistically and it's easier ( at least for me) to make realistic details.

Nice scale rig !

I started getting parts for my scx10

Freshly rebuilt Holmes hobbies crawlmaster 1340
MIP shafts. The new motor is way torquey compared to the VXL it spun out of my hand and my pinion chewed through my fingernail. And when I hooked it up in the truck I wired the motor wrong and fried my esc

Thank you, that sucks. I just put a brushless setup from an exo in my wraith and why didn't I do it earlier? Scored it on eBay from a brand new exo for cheap.
