Not saying it is the best beer I have had, but it is a really a refreshing beer for the summer months.

I was at a buddy of mines BBQ one day & he offered me a summer shady. I turned it down ,didn't seem like something I would like. I finally tried it & really liked it. Not a beer I want to drink a case of but good change of pace for the summer.

Try Mens Room Original Red from Elysian Brewing Company. 100% of the profits go to benefit Veterans. It is a legit beer and a good cause.

The 'mens room' is a radio show here in seattle on KISW.

Unfortunately Shock Top isn't craft beer as its owned and run by ABInbev. But I am nitpicking haha

Did not know that.
Did they start it to compete with Blue Moon?

Their Urbock and Marzen go great with BBQ and grilling.

Local, so it may be hard to find outside of VA, but this is one of the better stouts I've ever had and I've had a ton.

Left Hand Nitro is pretty good, as is Pike Stout Extra Stout.

True, but they bought the rights for the original shock top recipe from someone else, they didn't come up with it themselves

I tried a Left Hand Good JuJu last month. It's a light bodied ale infused with ginger. Very refreshing.

I'm not a fan of Belgian Wit beers, but Cigar City's Florida Cracker was damn good! Medium bodied, a little floral note and very refreshing.

I laugh hard at all these mediocre 'craft beers, Just saying. Gilgamesh hopscotch is some good stuff (Oregon).

My fav is Deschutes Brewing " Chain breaker"

Calapooia jalapeno ipa is good also along with Rogues jalapeno ale. If you like a good dessert beer, try Ninkasi's vanilla oatmeal stout, its DEE-LICIOUS. All brewed in Oregon.
