Tastes bad to me. Give me high fat, feed-lot, grain fed cattle any time. I keep trying grass fed and keep hating it. It always seems like it would be better but not to my taste. More like venison than beef. Or, did you ever have beefalo?

This place is local here and my butcher keeps pushing it.
