goose recipes ?

Anybody here cook goose ? I've never cooked any part of a goose, I'm wondering if smoking it would be any good...

A goose is a disgusting bird. More grease than in bacon, the nasty grey meat tastes like the inside of your garbage can. Skip it.

No, duck is night and day different. Properly prepared, duck is delicious. I'd deep fry it for starters.
