Kinda reminds me of a puerto rican spice mix I tend to use. It consits of garlic, sea salt, pepper, plenty of olive oil, plenty of oregano, and a few other small spices. Never tried bbqing a picnic shoulder before. Gonna have to try it. Thanks for the idea!!!
