Here's the recipe for the sauce I like using on wings or even pork
2Tbs. Light Brown Sugar 6Tbs. Salted Butter
1/2C. Ketchup 1/2 Tsp. Bhut Jolokia (Ghost Pepper) Powder (More or less to taste)
1C. Peach Preserves Salt to taste
1/4C. Jack Daniels
Slowly boil all ingredients, except for Jack, over medium low heat until dissolved and well mixed, stirring constantly. Use caution when handling the ghost pepper powder, DO NOT GET INTO YOUR EYES. Add Jack Daniels and reduce heat to low. Allow to simmer about one hour or until sauce thickens. Apply to fried or grilled chicken wings.
