Tobias94yj just finished dinner. Your sauce recipe was amazing. I strained all the chunks out of it and injected it in to some chicken breasts. It was amazing.

Here's the recipe for the sauce I like using on wings or even pork

2Tbs. Light Brown Sugar 6Tbs. Salted Butter
1/2C. Ketchup 1/2 Tsp. Bhut Jolokia (Ghost Pepper) Powder (More or less to taste)
1C. Peach Preserves Salt to taste
1/4C. Jack Daniels

Slowly boil all ingredients, except for Jack, over medium low heat until dissolved and well mixed, stirring constantly. Use caution when handling the ghost pepper powder, DO NOT GET INTO YOUR EYES. Add Jack Daniels and reduce heat to low. Allow to simmer about one hour or until sauce thickens. Apply to fried or grilled chicken wings.

Start off with a base of Cattlemans Best Kansas City Classic. Add the rest to flavor. I add mine so its sweet up front with a kick in the mouth at the back end. Goes great with smoked pork using an esspresso based dry rub from Fette Sau.

Liquid Smoke
Yellow Mustard
Worshcester Sauce
Garlic Powder
Cayanne Pepper
Black Pepper
Dark Brown Sugar
Honey

Here are a couple of great sauces. http://www.homemadeidea.com/homemade....T4QtY24K.dpbs Both are an Apple bbq sauce but one uses whiskey. I personally think both of them are very good.
