I agree! I have my eyes and ears open. I am determined to find something relatively close.

I used to go to a place near waldorf, was a old gravel pit, old fire roads and mud and one good hill to climb. Lots of mud...

We used to take my buddies CJ back behind southern MD hospital in Clinton down by the power lines. Some trails and mud. Mostly 4 Wheeler trails. But you don't want to get caught back there. There are a couple trails back behind a neighbor hood in Clinton also but they also are not legal.

I used to ride my 4-wheeler there all the time. Great trails for ATVs but if I recall, most of the trails were too skinny for a Jeep. We used to take trucks and ATVs to a place in Crofton that there were a lot of Jeeps going through. Hell, we even got a tow truck back there once.

We need to get the thread moving, anyone doing any work on their jeeps? Yesterday i changed out the front pinion seal and a rear wheel seal. Today i am think about tackling the busted muffler, maybe throw in a cheap thrush muffler. Has anyone used these? I just can't see spending $100 on one that's gonna get beat up or possible ripped off.

Flow master makes a pretty good muffler that isn't entirely expensive. I can't remember which series though. Autozone and Advanced carrys them.

I have to modify a TJ bumper to fit my CJ and wire up radio. There is a whole lot more I need to do but those I believe are going to be the next thing.
