Working on it.. Wife's company farms out their metal shop and work to a company locally.. thou I can't recall their name.. I've sent her a message.

They do: Nickle, Zinc, Anodized Black (textured looking), Chrome along with other process.. But let's be aware it's not cheap when dealing with a company that has this type of technology.. chemical and safety standards are very high in a company like this.. and they must adhere to federal as well as state guidelines.. However, If you feel that you might want an alternative rattle can treatment, I'd be willing to do the job for you.. Bedliner, plasti-dip, brush or spray.. can the rail/bar/s be left at my home for the paint job?.. or would you need then done via your location?

Give them a call or email.. if they don't powder coat, they would know who does.

May be too far, but check out http://lincolnwaypowdercoating.com/

I have not had work done there, but spoke with them and they seem worth a look
