Rockville MD MOCO checkin in...tryin to take my jeep on its first wheeling trip soon whenever greenridge opens the hell back up.

yea greenridge state forest a bit past hancock maryland i think its in Alleghany or garret county..its an 18 mile loop of ORV trail i hear its pretty good for like scenery or ur first time wheeling

I know where and what it is. I just thought that you might want to try somewhere closer for your first time, that's all. But I guess, Western Md is closer for you than me.

I was just on that trail last weekend. I wouldn't technically call it "closed", its pretty easy to move a couple saw horses

uhh how were able to get in if greenridge's site says its closed till the 27th or so..was it cuz u were with a club and was doing trail clean up?

The main trail was closed, but there are other side trails that are still open. I was down towards the bottom of Green Ridge, on the Oldtown side, and just hopped on the trail for about 15 minutes or so. They only have saw horses blocking off the entrances.
