MD inspectors ???

I have a questions for some who does or knows inspections pretty good.

I know you only need two mirrors and one has to be rear view mirror right. Will I fail if I have a passenger mirror and a rear view mirror, but I have the hardware on the drivers side.

I need to find a mirror that will fit that side and stay tight, but I was just wondering.
