thanks! sent a reply to PM hoping to have my jeep buttoned up this weekend so its on the road legally and I can start mods. found a few things while looking it over that didn't fail inspection but definitely need to be addressed so they are on the top of the list

Hello everyone, I'm Matt. No Jeep yet but I hope to change that soon enough. Missed out on a couple possibilities but I'm still keeping an eye out.

Lj Hang tough

Hey Matt.... hang tough. Don't give up on your search. It took me nearly 6 months to find what I was looking for and I'm glad I waited for the right deal to come along. I looked at lots of jeeps that needed a ton of work (and cash) to get them trail/road ready. I ended up with an '05 LJ Rubi in great shape and a previous owner that took care of it. I put on the bumpers, winch, and lights, but the rest came with... and at a good price. They are out there... just hang tough.

First nice looking LJ. Second I have time that's not a problem. I definitely am looking for something that can be a daily and weekend truck. Some friends have told me to try to find something with the GOD like 4.0 engine instead of the headache inducing carbed models out there. Though I know these same friends would give me a hand with most problems I might have. So right now I'm keeping my eyes open for a Wrangler, 2-door XJ or a 4-door XJ.

Forest Hill here, I have 2 cherokees now, and one is going to be lifted this winter hopefully, and I'm going to be looking for a LJ Rubicon this winter as well.
