I did find it - Prices Distillery Rd. I knew there had to be something around here. I bet there are more. I am on the Southwest side of Frederick.

I'm in new market. There is some stuff off of 15 heading toward thurmont but I haven't found much other than unpaved roads. There is a ford off of old Baltimore rd in germantown too. Check hamburg rd. I heard there was stuff there too.

Thanks! Do you know about any roads in the Catoctin Mts?

You could always pick up a DeLorme's atlas and find the dotted lines (unpaved roads). Unless marked, they would be public roads. Some of which may not be maintained.

I live in Hagerstown just over the line. I can be found in a red 95 YJ. If you go up the road to martinsburg WV. about 30 minutes from Frederick there are some mild trails open in sleepy creek during hunting season and year round near the woods resort. They are very mild but you will need 4wd in a few places.

I am not sure exactly how to get to the ones by the woods resort. I have not been there yet I have just heard about them. I Geocache and I have found several trails that way. There is a set that are specifically for 4wd vehicles. The guy that made that set is a Jeep person as well.

Does anyone know who drives the blue Yj with the grayish white soft top, and soft uppers? I've been seen it multiple times in the Frederick area.

Just wanted to say hi! I actually live in Waynesboro, PA now, but I'm originally from Hagerstown. (Well, Maugansville really.) So I'm familiar with the Frederick area and still live close by. Ordered my first Jeep (a Liberty) and currently waiting for it to be built.

This salt is really getting annoying. I think I was the only idiot out today trying to slide of the road so I had an excuse to play a little though

I really hate the salt too. BTW there is a pretty good trail in Walkersville about 10 mins out of frederick off exit 17 on I-15 North called Legore bridge Road. The trail is right before the bridge after the left turn. It follows the river down. Its considered a state park so you cant go down at night and it gets pretty muddy so make sure to have a friend with a tow strap.
