I wish I could come but I work 2 to 12, and the girl needs an electric fan before I do more wheeling.

Its sitting in the backseat I just got wire it up, the relay setup is already there. I want to switch it so I can turn it off completely or turn it on completely, on top of my automatic setting it has currently.

I'll be running my dual fans on different settings, 1 will turn on and off from the thermostat and the other will be a switch. Each fan pulls about 30amps steady when on so make sure you utilize relays like you were talking about. Here is a diagram I developed before going to the thermostat setup I will be utilizing with the LS swap I'm doing.

thanks for the diagram, but my system was already fully functioning and operational, untill the fan motor died when I sunk the girl into a water hole, so, I want the ability to switch the motor off for submersion, it may help the life of fans on the truck. I also want the ability to turn the fan to a constant on. I am also running a single fan. So the automatic system will stay in place, but I will switch the ground to that system to disable it on command, for water crossing. Next I will wire up a separate relayed system with a constant 12v supply, so I can command the fan on as I deem needed. That system will only work when I break the ground for my automatic system. Separate systems that effect each other.

Went to the canal by Chesapeake city and took the Jeep out. There were some deep mud holes. I was on the Delaware side.

clear RTV does wonders for sealing stuff, the military uses it, and it should work at least on your battery terminals. May be able to use it for your fuse box to.
