Yes Wharton is puddles and sand. Just watch out for the water because I know people who have bee hydro locked back there a few times. It's deeper than it looks in some spots. Wharton is a lot of fun though!

No. Only a few roads that are posted. You don't drive on them. But up north more there is plenty rock. Millford mahwah etc.
