NJ inspection tire question

What width tires can pass NJ inspection with the stock TJ flares? I need some new tires & would like 11.50 but I don't know if that would pass our inspection.

if they fail put on some garden edging and go through again, then take it off. Might be fine if you're going to use the stock offset wheels
