It is only 1 hour from me, so I might jbe able to make it more than I thought I would this summer. Please have good rates and hours. Season memberships might be nice, as would a tractor or something to pull people out with.

Approx. 1.5hrs from NYC, you'll definitely get people from in and around this vicinity. Once I finish my frame-off, I'm in (that's if I ever finish, ugh).

We will work on the memberships thats for sure. And there are about 9 bucket loaders and bulldozers on the property so thats not a problem.

Where I'm from in north alabama there is A LOT of free riding spots to go, enough to keep you busy anyways and ORV's still do really good around here. You just got to get the word out. I know going rate around here is anywhere from $5 per person to $20 per vehicle. Just price it right (I look for $10 per vehicle rates) and you will have plenty of business.

If you do that kind of park just make sure you have a good mix of trails that go anywhere from stock vehicles can go through all the way up to seriious rock crawlers. Around here the serious rock trails is what gets business.
