Humming noise wont go away
I have a 2000 jeep grand Cherokee 4.7 v8 limited. 144000 miles on it. I've had it for 3 years and i don't think the person before me did any work to it what so ever. I've already replaced the rear upper control arm within first year i had it. Now i have this annoying humming/groaning noise. I noticed it when going around 25 mph or more. the noise gets dimmer when i let off the gas but its still there. Going 40 mph its really loud especially when going over little hills on the road. I replaced both front hubs and CV axles...the noise is still there. Ive been told many things.. low fluid in transfer case could be issue, differential, pinion bearings.. I have already put 800 dollars into radiator, temp gauge, axles, hubs, tensioner.. running low on money. Anyone have any thoughts or live close to Burlington county/ philadelphia and can come check it out??? By the way.. I am no mechanic nor do i know anything.
