We entered at Atsion and made our way down pretty sandy trails to Batsto, maybe an hour in the middle of no where. On the way back up, we found some open areas with small sand dunes and areas others made some deep circular ruts, where we got the pic of the rear wheel of the ground. A few trails deeper into the woods later, we found a small water hole that I took really fast, splashing mud up over the windshield into the cab, witht he top off. Later we hit 3 deeper mud holes, the third almost swallowed us by tipping us to the lef way far, but I pulled out with little effort (and a puckered a-hole). Jeep stinks like mud.

I'm making my first run to Rausch creek Sunday 11/10. Lets get a group together and head up. I'm looking for hills, rocky trails, a little mud but I'm not swamping the jeep (even w the snorkel). I'm running 32" with a winch. Otherwise stock JK. Looking to head up in the morning, wheel a half day and he's back. Post here or PM me.

Sweet, Rausch is awesome! More cool trails, hills and rocks then mud. I might be able to go. Im in a tj 33's and rear locker. I would probably trailer my jeep up there. It takes 2 hours and 15 min to get there. What time were you thinking of leaving in the morning?

I'm thinking of getting there around 9. Pitman to RC about 2 1/2. Leave 6:30 but I could do later. I'm not locked into a time but IM GOING ON THAT DAY. I've never been there, but the itch needs a scratch. Make it happen and get back to me. I could use someone whose been there before.

The earlier the better, more wheelin time I have only been there 1 time, but we would be fine. The trails are marked pretty good. Let me see what I can do about clearing my schedule.

Kick a** day. About 6 hours of wheeling. Was a blast. I think the guys I went with are planning another in December, but I'm not available.
I'm glad I had some skid plates. I'm now ordering more + rock rails. I would have tackle a few more obstacles if I had them. We hit green (water holes and smaller rocks) and blue (larger rocks an off-camber w hills) trails. Good day all around.

Random concrete steps in the woods an a small rock pile. I could have crawled a bit higher on each.
