Need a welder in RI

Just pulled the side steps off of the Jeep and found a hole in the frame. It is probably a 2 inch circle on the side rail about and inch behind the last bolt for the skid plate. I also notices the rear bolt holding the skid up top the frame is at an angle, so I know there is an issue there too.

I need to find a welder who will be able to cut out the rotted section of the frame and repair it. If anyone knows anyone who can do this, shoot me a PM or an e-mail.
